Bone and Wire
Terms of Service
Bone and Wire is a private, curated runtime service. It is not a social network, public publishing platform, or open marketplace. These Terms explain the basic rules for using the service.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Bone and Wire, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Bone and Wire Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Adults Only
Bone and Wire is for adults. Do not create an account or use the service if you are under 18.
3. What Bone and Wire Provides
Bone and Wire provides access to persistent AI runtimes, personas, memory, tools, model providers, subscriptions, credits, and curated Emporium content. Features may change as the service develops.
Bone and Wire is operated as a curated service. Access to a feature, model, persona, or item today does not guarantee that it will remain available forever.
4. Your Account
Provide accurate information when you create and manage your account. Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not share, sell, or transfer your account without permission. Contact support if you believe someone else has accessed it.
5. Runtime Content and AI Outputs
AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, unpredictable, or inappropriate. Use judgment. Do not treat a runtime as professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
External model providers may process the content needed to generate a response under their own terms and privacy practices. The Bone and Wire Privacy Notice explains this in more detail.
6. User Responsibility
You enter Bone and Wire because you, the individual user, choose to. The prompt is your responsibility. Use the service with judgment and respect.
Do not be a problem. Do not exploit the service, bypass controls, interfere with other users, or create avoidable problems.
AI outputs can be unpredictable. If you ask a runtime to explore difficult, provocative, or uncomfortable material, understand what you asked for. Do not confuse an AI-generated response with professional advice or objective truth.
If something breaks, report it plainly. If you deliberately make the service harder to operate, your access may be limited or removed.
7. Your Private Workspace
Your private workspace may contain conversations, personas, memories, uploads, images, music, settings, archives, and other material you add or create while using the service.
You keep ownership of your original content. You give Bone and Wire permission to store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, provide requested features, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. No online service is invulnerable, and no storage system should be treated as your only backup.
8. Basic Rules
Use your account for your own sessions and material. Do not use Bone and Wire to break the law, commit fraud, bypass billing or access controls, attack or disrupt the service, scrape or automate access without permission, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or interfere with other users.
Do not upload malicious code or material that violates someone else's rights. Do not attempt to access another user's account or private workspace.
9. Subscriptions, Credits, and Emporium Purchases
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time through the available billing controls. Cancellation prevents future charges. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period already purchased. If a renewal payment fails, we may downgrade your account or suspend paid features until payment is resolved. Prices and applicable taxes may change. Material changes to subscription pricing will be communicated before they take effect for an existing subscription where required by law.
Credits are account balances used for supported Bone and Wire features, including eligible model usage and Emporium purchases. Purchased credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, do not earn interest, and cannot be redeemed for money.
Credits remain attached to your Bone and Wire account and do not expire while the account remains active. Canceling a subscription does not remove unused credits already granted or purchased. If you close or delete your account, or if your account is terminated for violation, fraud, abuse, or nonpayment, unused credits and access to purchased Emporium content may be forfeited except where prohibited by law.
Credits are deducted only when Bone and Wire receives a delivered model response or completed render. If a failed delivery is charged in error, the account will be credited back. Any correction is made in credits, not cash.
Emporium purchases unlock curated digital content for use within Bone and Wire. Unless stated otherwise, purchasing an item gives you access to use it through the service. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or grant permission to redistribute it.
10. Service Changes and Availability
Bone and Wire is under active development. We may add, change, limit, suspend, replace, or remove features, models, content, and integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability, or error-free operation.
Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, or other failures may temporarily prevent access to your account or workspace.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, commit fraud, abuse the service, threaten its security or operation, create legal risk, or fail to pay amounts due.
Suspension or termination may prevent access to your account, workspace, subscriptions, credits, or purchased content. Some records may remain where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service operations.
12. Privacy and Session Cookie
The Bone and Wire Privacy Notice explains how we handle account data, runtime data, provider routing, payments, retention, and deletion requests.
Bone and Wire uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains a generated session identifier, not your password, chats, or persona material.
13. Disclaimers and Liability
Bone and Wire is provided as available. We do not guarantee that every feature, output, model, integration, or stored item will always be accurate, available, secure, or suitable for your purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bone and Wire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost access, or decisions made in reliance on AI outputs.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Bone and Wire changes. The current version will be posted with its effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide advance notice by email or through a clear notice in the service.
